AirshiftStream respects the intellectual property rights of others. This policy outlines our procedures for responding to copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable UK and EU copyright law.
We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to legitimate notices. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe copyright, and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at: dmca@airshiftstream.live
Your DMCA notice must include: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material alleged to be infringing, including its location; your contact information including address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@airshiftstream.live. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
In accordance with applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
All DMCA-related correspondence should be directed to: dmca@airshiftstream.live
