Refund Policy

AirshiftStream is committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for IPTV subscriptions.

1. Digital Service Nature

IPTV subscriptions are digital services that are activated immediately upon payment. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital service and that your right to cancel and receive a refund under standard consumer distance selling regulations may be limited once the service has been activated.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances: the service was not activated within 2 hours of payment despite confirmation; there is a persistent technical fault that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours; you were charged incorrectly or a duplicate payment was made.

3. Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: you changed your mind after activation; you are unable to use the service due to your own internet or device issues that fall outside our control; the account was terminated due to a violation of our terms of service; the subscription period has largely expired.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at refunds@airshiftstream.live or via our support channels within 7 days of the issue arising. Please include your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence such as screenshots. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

6. Trial Packages

Due to the short nature of trial packages, refund requests for trial subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the service was not accessible to you during the trial period due to a fault on our end, we will issue a credit or extend your trial.
