IPTV as a technology is entirely legal. Whether any particular IPTV service is legal depends on whether the provider holds the necessary broadcasting rights and licences for the content it delivers. AirshiftStream operates in accordance with applicable regulations and is intended for use with legitimately licensed content only. If you have concerns, we recommend consulting a legal professional.

In virtually all cases, your account is activated within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. Our automated system processes orders around the clock, including weekends and bank holidays. You will receive your login credentials via email. If more than 30 minutes pass without activation, please contact our support team immediately.

We offer refunds in certain circumstances as outlined in our refund policy. Because IPTV subscriptions are digital services that are activated immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer automatic refunds after activation. However, if you experience a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. First, go to your Firestick Settings, select My Fire TV, then Developer Options, and enable Apps from Unknown Sources. Next, install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store. Use Downloader to install your preferred IPTV player (we recommend TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro). Finally, open your player and enter the M3U URL or credentials we provided. Our support team can walk you through each step if needed.

Yes. AirshiftStream is compatible with most major Smart TV brands including Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense, and Philips. On Samsung and LG TVs, you can often install an IPTV app directly from the app store. For other models, you may need to sideload an IPTV player. We provide detailed setup guides for the most popular TV brands. Contact support if you need help with your specific model.

A VPN is not required to use AirshiftStream. Our streams work without one. Some users choose to use a VPN for added privacy, and our service is fully compatible with popular VPN providers. If you use a VPN and experience slower speeds, we recommend connecting to a server in the UK or a nearby European country for the best streaming performance.

The number of simultaneous connections depends on your plan. The 1-month plan supports 1 device, the 3-month plan supports up to 2, the 6-month plan supports up to 3, and the annual plan supports up to 4 simultaneous streams. If you need more connections, contact us and we can arrange a custom plan for your household or business.

For standard HD (1080p) streaming, a minimum of 10 Mbps is recommended. For 4K UHD content, we recommend at least 25 Mbps per stream. If you are streaming on multiple devices simultaneously, multiply accordingly. The majority of UK broadband connections will handle 4K streaming without any issues. If you experience buffering, our support team can help optimise your setup.

Yes. AirshiftStream works in any country with a stable internet connection. We have dedicated servers across Europe, meaning customers in Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, and other EU countries enjoy excellent stream quality. Some geo-restricted channels may require a VPN if you are located outside the intended broadcast region.
