These Terms of Service govern your use of the AirshiftStream website and IPTV service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
AirshiftStream provides an IPTV streaming service delivering live and on-demand television content over the internet. The service is provided on a subscription basis with various plans available as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others outside your household unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan.
You agree to use AirshiftStream solely for lawful purposes. You must not redistribute, resell, or sublicence the service without an explicit reseller agreement. You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, or circumvent technical protection measures.
All subscription fees are due in advance. Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages or force majeure events.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirshiftStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
